This Pass (E-Ticket) will gain the holder entry to the event between Saturday, June 18th, 2022 from 1:00-10:00pm & Sunday, June 19th, 2022 from 1:00-10:00pm.

Pass (E-Ticket) holder agrees and complies with all terms listed here. Pass (E-Ticket) holder (“You”) voluntarily assumes all risks & dangers, including personal or bodily injury, death, property loss, or damage which may occur while attending Block Rockin Beats 2022 (A Division of Myden Enterprises Inc). You agree that Block Rockin Beats (BRB), associated agents, facility owners & The Waldorf are not responsible or liable for any damage, injuries, or claims arising from the use of this Pass (E-ticket).

All persons are subject to search by security upon entrance to the event space to ensure compliance with provincial and federal law, facility rules & regulations. No alcohol or illegal substances are permitted. Soliciting illegal substances will result in criminal charges. Unauthorized commercial vending is prohibited. NO PETS and NO GLASS. All firearms and weapons will be confiscated upon entry (including knives, staffs/bats, bows, hammers, axes, etc)

FIRE BAN IN FULL EFFECT: No open flames or fuels (tea lights, fireworks, flares, fire toys, jerry cans, etc.) Please see the BRB website (www.blockrockinbeats.ca) for a full list of banned items. This Pass (E-Ticket) is yours to protect; no refund or replacement if lost, stolen, damaged, or unused. Pass (E-Ticket) is invalid if the bar-code is duplicated, removed, or tampered with.

No exchange or refund if the event is terminated early or canceled due to harsh weather, forest fire, the act of god/nature, government regulation, or other actions beyond BRB’s control. BRB doesn’t guarantee the validity of Pass (E-Ticket) purchased from third parties.

The use of images taken at BRB other than for personal use or the phrase “Block Rockin Beats” in the title of any publication or advertisement is prohibited without the prior written consent of BRB. You agree your image may be captured in video or photographs without your consent and without compensation. You hereby appoint BRB as your representative to protect your intellectual property or privacy rights, recognizing that BRB has no obligation to take such action. BRB is held in British Columbia. Treat the land, and yourself with the utmost respect and care.

BRB reserves the right to make changes to the rules at any time. This Pass (E-Ticket) is a revocable license and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation. Your use of this Pass confirms your agreement to these terms.
